To submit an event to the Nagoya or Kansai calendar, please follow the following instructions below. For submitting events to the main Japan Events page, please use this form. If you have an existing Google Calendar and would like all the events to appear on Japan Events. please contact us.
- Create the event in a Google Calendar. (This may work with other systems that can send event invites. If you would like to test, please contact us).
- In the guest field, add one of the following addresses:
- For Nagoya Events: prcaoim386thaugbne63ka1ucc@group.calendar.google.com
- For Kansai Events: d9rl69jp885hrag7krroje48lc@group.calendar.google.co
- When you Save the event, you will be asked if you want to email guests. Click Yes.
- The event will be submitted to the calendar moderator and will appear as soon as approved.
- If you make any changes to the event, these will be sent to the moderator for approval.
